cruising on 94 north to milwaukee i was passed by a chevy window van that in spanish on the sides stated it was a lation cargo de expedite loosely translated. he was hauling a yall haul 4 wheel trailer. the sticker at the back recommended 45mph but he was doing 75 or so.

all the uhaul trailes say 45 and most people run much faster,sure hope that driver didnt have high value products in that you haul trailer lol

Did he have a Mexican license plate? It's most likely an American carrier that caters to the Spanish speaking community. Here's one I've seen a few times:
