I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you. 2011 has been a good year for Load One and our driving force is a big part of our success. It is too often understated how critical the driver is to the overall success of any transportation organization.
As a company I believe that we have 2 customers, the shipper and the owner operator. Either one chooses to work with us. We have to make sure that we offer great service, meet and exceed expectations, and that we offer a rewarding business relationship. If we fail to do this with either customer we have not done our job.
2012 is a year that we will work even harder to do more for our customers. We will continue to innovate and do things differently than our peers. As a company we will continue to focus hard on our core values while continuing a path of controlled, sustained growth. I take great pride in the fact that as a company we truly represent "best in class".
