You know , I've seen this on several forums and so sympathy at all . Everybody's high fiving , laughing , and wanting to buy the guy that did it drinks . I'm sure Obama is the most unpopular president ever . It's really pathetic .

I have respect for the office but not for the person this time around. With that being said I wouldn't go as far as the Chef.
He is still a human being.

That's about where I'm at with the guy. I want him gone from office but if he were harmed it wouldn't be a good thing in my mind. 2012 is just around the corner!

Well, they are both human, but I was referring to Obama. While I might not agree with most of what he stands for, I would not want harm to come of him or any other person. Now if he was a child molester or murderer...that is another matter and another subject.

It's one thing to find fault with the man's words, actions, philosophy, history, personality, [and I think you've found fault with them all], but it's another thing to make a comment like that - and that thing is called sociopathic.
PS A broken neck would not require taking nutrition through a straw, anyway - you probably meant his jaw, but were in a really big hurry to spit the venom out, huh? :(

Ahh a broken neck if bad enough can in fact cause paralysis that would require feeding through a straw and i will again say that it is too bad that stitches were all that were required...i have no use for him what so ever....

And no I typed exactly what i meant...no thought to a broken jaw at all....

Chef, spinal cord injuries affect only what's below the point of impact: C [for cervical, or neck] causes quadriplegia, while anything lower causes paraplegia. Even a 'quad' can move their jaws, though they require someone to put the food in, first. [Yes, I'm bored]
There are a few folks I have no use for, but still can't fathom the wishing of actual harm to anyone. [Ex spouses excluded] ;)
It's taking politics and disagreements over the line, into a place no rational adult would go, IMO.
