So I unload in Cottondale, Al, the night before last, spent the night at the T/A, then moved to the Flying J in Bessemer, freightmaster(OVM) says it would be wise to do so.So then, yesterday afternoon I move or start to move to Temple, Ga, thinking it would be easier for dispatch to bid on loads, as I will be between 2 major cities...So I get 20 miles away from there,104 miles into the deadhead, on my own dime, and dispatch calls..with a pickup 1.5 miles away from the Flying J in Bessemer, where I started out at.If only I would of been more patient...From now on, I will only relocate after 5 pm...In S.C. now, waiting for a load.Sometimes I'm the bug, sometimes I'm the windshield..lol..

I told you where I was, and you suggested moving eastward. So I did.I dont call that bugging the crap out of you, sir. Please don't turn things around to appear what they are not.

The regular Cottondale run did not bring me down here, but a different one did.Monroe, to Ga, then Ga to Cottondale.

Had a run a few minutes ago.Got 5 miles down the road and it cancelled, no dry run pay..maybe next time, I guess.

Sorry, just not in the best frame of mind at the moment...I know dispatch is trying their best, and I am not the only one going through this, but there are alot of bills starting to pile up, and alot to do..starting to feel the repercussions of the last month and a half..I know it will get better, and it is improving as time goes on, but still...Where's Ed Mc Mahon when we need him and the publishers clearing house??? lol..Something's gotta turn loose here soon...

It will Guido, we also have had a terribe 1.5 - 2 months. We were very nervous since we weren't sure about how to pay next months bills.
I trust in the Lord and let him provide. I also trust in Load 1. This week we have been very fortunate and have been able to have a run every day of the week since Monday so far. We haven't run this much in 2 months. We aren't making the same kind of money as before but we are making money. Which is allowing us to know our bills will be paid next month.
Things are picking up and I believe we are with the best company out there. Of course that doesn't pay the bills or put food on the table. Stay positive, and if you have to, rob Peter to pay Paul for a little bit. Find some creative financing or something to get you through.

I really think it is coming back soon. Won't be as good as Jan or Feb though right away.

I know am preaching to the choir but, I think it is good to hear it from others sometimes.

Smile and people wonder what you are up to.

Just delivered in St. Rose, LA and had breakfast at the St. Rose truck stop.

Time for a nap. Hoping for a load back to Ohio or Michigan. Grandkids birthday party tomorrow. If we don't get that way, we will see them when we get back home. Just would be nice to surprise them.

Have a great day all!

Dennis when your done you should have time to run to Delta and cut my 1.8 acres and clean up all the fallen branches. Don't forget to use the lawn sweeper when you are on the riding mower. Don't worry about watering the plants they have had enough water lately. LOL

Our Qualcom killed itself today. It booted up and it is as if it were brand new with nothing on it it. No Macros nothing. All the history is gone also. I guess we were working it too much.

Still in St. Rose, LA (New Orleans area) if we aren't able to get a load soon we may go site seeing. We have never been down here before. Although I was hoping to get a load back toward home, in order to surprise my Granbabies for their birthday party tomorrow. They are turning 4yrs and 6 yrs old.
But we don't mind just enjoying ourselves for a change.
