Canada May 24 Weekend

Well trust the Canadians to name a holiday weekend after a case of beer!!! Great way to start the summer. Too bad it's so cool again. Well I'm sitting after doing a small load Saturday so I'm making a new centre console. Beer helps make the job easier.

Ok the official name for the holiday is Victoria Day. Celebrating the longest reigning monarch. However for Canucks it is normally called the May 24 weekend. A 2 4 is a normal 24 pack of beer. This is the weekend that everyone with a cottage goes to it and opens up for the summer season. Normally it is the first warm long weekend so a lot of beer is usually consumed. 24 = normal case of beer, 12 = 12 pack or just called a 12, 6 = poverty pack (means your broke).
There are few that call the weekend by its proper name, but most use the one I used.
