Hope to be home sometime on the 4th, have two more drops on this load from down under, not Australia either.
Tommorow I have a drop in Buffalo and another in the afternoon in Pittsburg.
Question, this load is really been one problem after another but working through its problems, if a BOL says DELIVER ON OR BEFORE lets say July 5th and I show up on July 3rd, and they refuse does this not constitute an attempt was made on my end thus living up to the terms of the contract on the BOL. Should I not get it back by the 5th but attempted on the 3rd and the customer refused am I in the clear? If I tried but the next one would be on my schedule not theres.
This is not gona happen by the way but just curious as a contract is a contract and thats exactly how its spelled out. I know its off of the topic but this situation could stall me from getting home on 4th.
