Supreme box with translucent (fiberglass?) roof panels and a couple of them are loose. Is it a construction adhesive that holds these on?Or a specialty product. It's a gray caulk like looking substance. Thanks.
That translucent (fiberglass) roof should only be 1 piece. I have a Bay Bridge box with a translucent roof that is one contuious piece of fiberglass. I also have had a 24 ft. straight truck with a translucent roof that was also 1 piece. I don't think they make them with multiple pieces to cut down on the chance of leakage. As for the gray material I am not really sure but I think it is some kind of caulking material. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
I would take it to a trailer repair shop and have them look at it.
I want to do it myself. Guido, when you gonna be at the yard?
Why waste youre money?? Go to either an rv store, or homo depot, and buy a few tubes of something that will bond to metal and fiberglass, and caulk it between the metal and fiberglass? much cheaper that way.No sense paying someone for something that you can do youreself in a few minutes!
Thanks I'll stop in at Utility.
