Looking for a Carrier in Chicago

I am looking at getting into the expediting business. I am based out of the Chicago area and have a cargo van. Are there any suggestions for carriers that are hot in that area.

Love the cross! Your in a very busy area for expeditors. Try to talk to the "Big" carriers, and tell them you want to stay in the Chicago area. I'm sure they can put you to work. Look at the adds on EO and start contacting there recruiters. Good luck and let us know how it works out for you.

look at express-1 its in buchannan,mich its only like an hour or so away x1srh on expiditers online is a recruiter for them, great guy he wont bs u

Thanks for your encouragement and advice. I have taken MHOY40's advice and contacted Express-1 and am waiting for a reply. I hjave also contacted Tri-state. Is there anyone else with a strong Chicago presence that has a good reputation that you can recommend.

Pretty much every expedited carrier has great to awesome coverage in the Chicagoland area.
