I HAVE A CLASSB CDL WITH ALMOST 1 YEAR EXPERINCE IN A 24FT 6 SPEED MANUAL SHIFT BUT IN ONLY DRIVING LOCAL ROUTE,ORLANDO,OCALA,ST PETE AND SAROSATA AVERGEING 15,000 MILES A WEEK AND IM ALWAYS IN AND OUT OF HIGHLY SECURED FACILITIES WITH NO PROBLEM EVEN WITH MY BACKGROUND I HAVE A COUPLE OF MISTAKES ABOUT 2 YEARS AGO FELONES BUT THAT IS ALL BEHIND ME FOR GOOD I'M LOOKING FOR SOMEBODY OR COMPANY THAT WOULD GIVE ME A SECOND CHANCE .
SEE I CAN WAIT FOR 3 MORE YEARS AND THEN GO TO A CLASS A COMPANY THAT HAS THE 5 YEAR THING BUT I PREFER TO DRIVE NOW. AND DRIVEING IS WHAT I LOVE TO DO !!!!!!!!!

15,000 miles a week,I hope that was a typo.Unfortunately felony convictions can and will hurt you for along time. Ask yourself,if you were a fleet owner or owned a company would you hire someone with a criminal record in his/her recent past. I would stick with what you are doing,stay clean and sober and you may find a better local opportunity until the 5 years are up. Good Luck.

IF THERE PAST WAS SOME THING STUPID AND NOT REALLY A FELONY WHERE I LIVE BUT THEY HAVE THE 3 STRIKE LAW EVEN IF IT IS A MISDEMONOR THE 3RD IS A FELONY BECAUSE OF THAT IM SCREWED!!!!!!!!!!!

Upper case typing (ALL CAPS)is considered rude in any forum or chat room. With a feloney you are screwed, temporarily. Heed the advice and stay where you are.
If it is minor, sometimes it can be expunged from your record.

i tried to get thenm exponged but i was told since i did the time for the crime they can not exponge them but i got to be able to do some thing about this any suggestions

Who told you this? That reason (i did the time for the crime) doesn't make any sense. Expunging something from your record means it is in the past. Of course you did the time, paid the fine, whatever. Something isn't being said here..

i did the jail sentence for the crime 1 year in prision and when i got out i have changed my life so all in looking for is a second chance in life god has given me a second chance i praying ther is a company that will do the same thing

i have found a fleet owner that is willing to hire me but not we are trying to get my husband his b and the experince that he has to have then we will be out there on the road

Looks like you found your 'break' - assuming the owner is an honest one, which I think most are. If you remember the debt you owe that owner, and don't make him/her regret giving you the chance, you're "on your way" - good luck to you.
