Lookin For A Recipe

My Mother passed in 1990 and took a recipe with her.
It was like a corn pancake.

All I remember is Cream Corn, Egg, some sort of binder. Then fried on a griddle or skillet. Was kind of sweet.

Any ideas ?

Nothing specific but I'm a pancake lover. I usually use bisquick. I can imagine just adding cream corn to the regular recipe turning out good. Avoid the low fat bisquick. It's sacrilege.

I'll have the "cook" check it out.
Nope, too pancake like.
I shouldn't have said pancake.
Fried Corn ?
Thanks

Try Jiffy corn muffin mix( about .50 / box) an egg,
and cream corn. Make like corn bread except drop batter on a griddle or frying pan. Flip over when bubbles form. Try it with syrup. It's gooood!
