Northern. And tax wise its one of the worst.

Its probably good if you driver for a mega carrier hauling general freight. When I pulled reefer trailers for prime inc we always came out of california with fruits and veggies. Alot of food to move from up there. In expedite my experiences with california were horrible and probably wont go back.

From what I understand Expediters do pretty well moving within Calli. The issue is once you leave the state getting back in with a load is not that easy.
