Hate to say it, but this is not Little Richard. It is a child prodigy named Frank Isaac Robinson also know as Sugar Chile Robinson. Born in 1938 he was still performing in 2007. He later became a Psychologist. This according to Wikipedia. The clip is from the 1946 flim, No Leave No Love. Jerry Lee
