Well it is kinda like on one hand liberals would justify it by saying
That it is not against any rules. The other would justify it in another way

It was Conservative inspired, because liberals are stupid and easily dazed and confused and will just stand there wondering what happened when it's all over, and then whine about it not being fair.

It was Liberal inspired, because conservatives have no imagination and will stand there and watch something new and damaging happen until it's too late to do anything about it.
