Is it a layover if you are at home? It feels that way sometimes. Anyway, I'm in Houston for the next two weeks while the new truck is completed and ready to roll.

Well, Murphy has his hands in things as usual. The upside is that although the APU install is taking longer than anticipated they are doing an EXTREMELY good job of it. They are taking the time to mount components inside the battery box rather than just onto the frame as the installation instructions call for. They are also VERY thorough and deliberate with wiring runs etc. so it's going to be an excellent job when finished.

The cargo box should arrive today at the installer. I should be able to pick up the truck from the APU installer tomorrow. I've got a few more make-ready items for the dealer after these places finish with the truck.

At this point I'm not sure if I'll try to get to orientation 11/21 or wait till the 11/28 session.

Not yet. I'm waiting on the official acceptance. I've submitted CDL, medical long form etc. so it's just a matter of reviewing it all but until they tell me go to orientation I'm not calling it a done deal. I've got 2 "suspects" and already have an acceptance from one but that's my backup plan at this point. I hope to hear by tomorrow and not have to wait out the weekend. Once it's decided positively I'll let you know.
