lawsuit filed for arrow employees

So this may be not as good as it seems.

By the time it makes it to court with the court costs are calculated and the lawyers get their cut, the employees may end up with a couple thousand and that's it.

It may be a better thing if each employee actually files suit individually under the same statue. Even if they make it to court, there are some exceptions to the 60 day rule under that act and it assumes that the company is solvent at the time of the lay offs or employment termination.
