The engines that will be built in Michigan will be at the "mulit-national' japanese plant in Dundee...they have been building 4 cylinders for a while there for chysler...

I don't know what you mean Lawrence, the plant is providing engines for more than Fiat which is a good thing. It is employing Americans, which is a good thing and it is in my state which isn't that great because everyone thinks it is a money maker for the state.

The plant is new, using new techniques and new tooling. I don't agree with the way it was staffed, thinking it should have been open to employing Michigan applicants - union and non-union alike - but it didn't happen that way.

The real problem and one thing I feel sorry for the people of Kenosha and the tax payers is the plant that Chrysler left is now the people's problem to take down and clean up. Because Chrysler is not Chrysler, they have zero obligations under the bankruptcy agreement that came out of the Obama court which means they don't pay a dime in cleaning up their mess.
