Does this mean we are actually brits?
Well I have been watching Top Gear on BBC America and they have this at the beginning of some shows;
"The following program contains English accents. to find out what on earth anyone is talking about, use close captioning."
and then has an graphic of a remote with instruction how to turn on closed captioning.
As for the pic, maybe trying to use jpg instead of gif would help.
