Morning all, hope everyone has a nice weekend. Looking forward to a leisurely weekend drive !!

I just delivered to what Dispatcher kid called pohm-PAAAH-no Beach (or what I like to call "OMG it's so hot and muggy already"). Looking forward to a leisurely nap. I may run up to The Villages and visit my stepdad on Father's Day. Sunday is also the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year. Spending the longest day of the year with my stepdad could be really neat, or it could be like getting punished for the same thing twice.

Morning all,

John the dryer needs a checkup. A load of clothes that normally takes me 40 minutes to dry took me 80 minutes last night. I have a feeling the dryer vent hose may be clogged. It is producing plenty of heat it just doesn't seem to be pulling moisture out. The lint trap itself doesn't have as much lint after two loads as it normally would in one.

Put a clothes line between the pine trees out front on Inkster, John won't mind. Guido can dry his underwear out there.

You have to love load1, while some companies don't even allow their own drivers to park at headquarters I climb to the front of my van this morning and see a PTL van parked on one side of me and a RJR on the other side.

I guess when you look at the lack of parking and especially safe parking out there available for drivers...we would be hypocrites to complain about the issue and kick drivers out of our terminal at the same time. Talk the talk.....walk the walk.

Hopefully have the dryer checked out still yet today.
