Judges Rules Trucks Towed Illegally

Just in, from owner operator Robert Brown, that Judge Peter Baker has ruled that "probable cause" did not exist to have his tractor trailer leased to United Van Lines towed from the Shell Fuel Stop.

The owner of the towing company had the gall to tell the Judge he was misreading what the what said, even though, the Judge was reading the exact same law document this moron was.

Now, comes the difficult task of making Best Transport refund his money.

Also, a picture of a Shell fuel stop showing zero trucks there is kind
of meaningless, really. Would have been much better to post the link
to the judge's ruling itself (not that anyone here cares much about it).

You have some ax to grind with towing companies, we get that.
But I'm still trying to figure out how it affects me.
I'll eventually get it, tho.
