Judge says Sprint Early Termination Fees Illegal

When I read that, yesterday, I went to the AT&T site, as they were mentioned as having begun prorating their early termination fees - and they are, (by $5.00 for each full month completed) for contracts begun AFTER August, 2008. ( Of course, it's buried in the small print.)
I never paid the fee to Sprint when I shut my phone off after only 7 months of there B.S.
I simply moved my mailing address to a family members house where the phone didn't work and told them I moved and to shut it off.
They did with no argument. They do however insist on sending me a bill every month for the last 3+ years for $1.78! And I insist on not paying it because its just to funny that there still trying to get less then 2 bucks from me more then 3 years later!
