JD Clark takes on a big challenge

Don't think John know exactly what he got himself into, LoL...
but in the Orientations room this week he have a team that is one of the industry finest .
i simply hope JD Clark have what it takes to live up to their standard !
that team started it's expediting career driving my Hino and did very well .
i was fortunate to be in business with them, and proud to call them my friends.
many of you met them OTR, and the dog, so you know what i talk about.
as i understand they are now the only St.Truck team leased on to JD Clark.
to A&M Expedite : i wish you all the best, and good luck with JD !

Simple...... Moose owns a ST that he just leased onto JD Clark. It is also going to be the first team in a ST @ clark.

Almost .
it's not my truck.
that team 'drove for an owner 1st'
that owner was Moose.
they now own and drive their own truck.
before leaving my truck, THEY found another team to drive my truck.
told Yh'a, they are the best !

I'm confused. I have 13 straight trucks. I'm excited to have them. They are departing on their 1st load tomorrow after we finish the doc's. Hope to have them legal by noon!

Oh, nevermind I get it now, TEAM! Yep, TEAM in a straight truck at my place, Not the 1st though. But the only current one.

Hopefully they have nothing but good to say!! Keep us posted!!:D

You know what John, i never directly contacted your carrier, but indirectly i did.
we did not got the feeling that this will be the best place for a hard working team .
professional prospective drivers are not interested in pay per mil. DH%, ALH,or carrier deductions Ext.
if you have something to show for, then your (new) recruiter needs to be able to email quarterly earnings !,
(and current drivers phone #'s will also go along way.)
one rezone for this thread, was to let you know that from now on you are playing with the big dogs !
(or at least the small Mooses )
so you better play well. :)
you keep A&M Expedite happy and profitable ,and WE might be in business 2 quarters from now.

I gotta be honest here, I'm not a strong team expeditor. I am however a quality carrier. I use the mileage as a worse case scenario and more of a percentage when we are busy. Our Canadian rates are good. Providing phone numbers is a no brainer but you have to call to get any company info you would like to see. But I know where you are coming from.

New recruiters are always a work in progress, most are taught to lie, it's a hard habit to crack. But Mike is doing fine.

They will be just fine here. We are excited to have them and we will prove that this is the best place for them.

Very true about the Lies John I agree ! LOL Even company owners are known to lie at times ;-)

I'm sure we all have known even an unscrupulous owner operator or two that has made their way through the ranks of our companies. It's really sad.
