From article--
Editor’s Note: This report first appeared in the New York Times — newsworthy in and of itself. We reprint in part here.

WASHINGTON — Hillary Rodham Clinton exclusively used a personal email account to conduct government business as secretary of state, State Department officials said, and may have violated federal requirements that officials’ correspondence be retained as part of the agency’s record.

Mrs. Clinton DID NOT HAVE A GOVERNMENT EMAIL ADDRESS during her four-year tenure at the State Department. Her aides took no actions to have her personal emails preserved on department servers at the time, as required by the Federal Records Act.

I simply cannot see Hillary Clinton getting the Democratic nomination for her party. 30 years worth of scandals and skeletons in her closet. Plus, her personality and age work against her. Let's hope the Democrats nominate a true patriot, possibly someone with military experience.

Let's hope Hillary's coronation proceeds as planned. She's extremely vulnerable and can be defeated.

She should be. A lot of the younger generation however doesn't know much about the Clinton's long history of shenanigans. The ones that have been around a bit though know that this is just how they do business. It's the Clinton way.

Wickedness has prevailed on the side of the Clinton's. The Master of Deceit is at work here.. but that is another story.

I'm not a big fan of Ms. Hilary but man this thing is a long ways away bro. Anything can happen and will happen. Do yourself a favor and turn off the entertainment cable "so-called news" channels, the conspiracy websites, and the hate radio and enjoy your life. Besides, "we the people" have very little say in whom the candidates will be. That's left to and up to the corporations and the billionaires.

What I find fascinating in all this is that the Republicans with all their Bengazi bull chit and any other scandal they tried to gin up on Ms. Hilary and the President, is that with all the investigations on this woman is that they(the Republicans) didn't figure out she was using an unauthorized e-mail address.

Doh!

I don't see her getting it either (thankfully)... the email thing may well be the straw that breaks the camel's back.

Unfortunately (for you and others), what you may end up getting is Elizabeth Warren.

Personally, I think she will make a far stronger candidate than Hill ... and what the R's could have as answer to that is a real mystery.

Looks like Christie may well be toast with the emerging Exxon scandal, not that he ever had a prayer anyways ...

Probably got overlooked since they were dealing with "the most transparent administration".

Apparently "the most transparent administration" didn't seem to know that SECSTATE was using unauthorized email servers, as was the head of the EPA.

I agree that Warren would be a far stronger candidate than Clinton, and that the R side has no one who inspires people as Warren does. She says she's not running, but maybe the number of people hoping to change her mind will succeed.
I'm in the ABC group: Anyone But Clinton. ;)

uhhhhh......they probably did know but didn't care. It's wrong what Clinton did and a proper investigation, one led by a neutral party, should be done.
