Well evreyone should know my blight by now - if not look it up... Well no returning of my phone calls or emails has gotten me reall ticked off. He finnally called my friend and said one thing "No" to paying me. No reason, no reason why he hasn't called me, nothing but NO. I've tallied up the amount he owes me $6,555.77. I'm sending a certified leter to his office requesting payment. If he doesn't respond I'll send it to 3 places, OOIDA, a Lawyer and finnaly a collections agency. Then we'll have to go from there. Till latter, Thanks!

If you haven't sent that letter yet, maybe it would be wise to go to OOIDA first, so they can advise on the most effective wording - just my 2 cents...

o/o till i die

Sometimes people need to be shut down I know of a guy from florida
that screws people left and right. Im sure youve read the post need more freight.Well one guy got screwed so bad he had to file bankruptcy.

he told his story to the bankruptcy trustee and now he has a free lawyer to collect for his estate and doesnt even have to go to florida to goto court.the amount owed to him is greater than his total bankruptcy amount so his debts will be paid and he will be refunded the difference.total cost to him was was around $700 to file. His credit is screwed up for now but when its all said and done I think he will come out of it in pretty good shape.

The point is dont loose your temper and dont give up.there are greater powers than you or I who can get things done just stick to your guns. and good luck

KW. Just something to think about. When I was in sales I was also responsible for collecting any bad debts resulting from deadbeat customers. Now here is what was really effective for me in collecting. I would send the deadbeat company a letter explaining how I was going to file with the IRS A 1099 showing their non payment to me as income for them. Take it one step further and really have the 1099 filled out and send them a copies explaining that in 10 working if you do not have your money you will send the original off to the IRS and mean it!!! And do it. This can really be done and should be. Worked for me almost 100% of the time!

For that amount of money, I would certainly pursue it. I as well would contact OOIDA once they have your written information.
Keep us informed as you go.
These are the type of owners the business doesn't need.
