If you can't reach them by phone, chances are slim.
Not all JD security phone numbers ring into individual plants ... instead main offices located in Davenport or Moline and they will tell to deliver as scheduled.... but i strangely enough have most of the plants receiving phone numbers ... as well as cross docks phone numbers....If you can't reach them by phone, chances are slim.
But try anyway in person, you would be surprised how many times I negotiated "emergency delivery" just "because".
