Issue with pictures

I have an S3 and for the last several days I have not been able to see pictures and just tried to post one but it says I am not signed in or I do not have permission.

I had an awesome pic on mu I phone for a month or so. I went to post it yesterday and it has disappeared.

No picture for me, it just shows a rectangle with a piece of paper that looks like it is ripped in half.

Have you tried a power cycle on it? Of check for updates for the OS?

I always see that if not signed in, no matter the browser or platform. Once signed in, images show up.
