IRP Plate

I was wondering if anyone can tell me how much a 48 state I.R.P. Plate cost. I'll be buying this plate for a 98 Freightliner Fl70 with a GVW of 33,000. I phoned the license Branch in Indianapolis and was givin some sad story about their computers being down. Thanks

It would depend on how many miles you drove in each state last year. In OH, if this is the first year, they give you a paper with estimated miles on it for each state. You just fill these numbers in on the application and they will send you an invoice. I think my first plate was around 550-600. I also have a FL70- 33,000 GVW

I have a similar truck and generally pay about $400 per year for about 90,000 miles around the country..I am regstered in OK
