Some of you met Rick Ash at MATS this past year and I thought you might be interested in this article.

Rick just attended and spoke at this conference on behalf of drivers. Rick is an Owner Operator leased to HVH out of Denver.

Rick is also chairman of the Trucking Solutions Group which we are members of.

just lost 20 lbs,eating salmon and wild rice,no bread,also helps that had all upper teeth pulled

That seems really radical... i saw where some lady had a tapeworm surgically implanted in her intestines, that's radical too.
