I couldn't find this question in the FAQ.

In a 60/ 40 split with the driver getting the 60% and fsc. Who pays for the Occupational Accident Insurance for the driver,
The 60% driver or the 40% owner?

It depends on the agreement you have with the owner but normally the driver pays it.

if I remember right I dont have any of my old statements anymore but I used to pay a little less than $20 a week .

When we ran for one fleet owner we did a straight 60/40 of whatever the run paid. He paid for everything including work accident, fuel taxes and tolls. All we paid was fuel. Even though he got 40% of the FSC we thought it was a fair deal and think it worked in our favor.
