In your face - FMCSA !

What can an ambulance chaser do, if the trucker his suing have no money and going to spends the rest of his life in jail, and the 'unsafe' carrier cannot pay enough ?
well, one creative lawyer decided to go after the Gov.
makes seance, since they clearly have more money then the carrier, and can care less about spending it.
so here he went up the money trail, and now his client, a mother hoe lost her son in a truck accident, is suing the FMCSA for not taking the carrier OOS.
very creative. a classic example of 'be careful what you wish for'.
if it's not for CSA2010, them ambulance chasers probably never had a chance finding a driver or carriers old safety records.

Is it really germane to this issue to bring up the mother's occupation?

I mentioned it another article where he did the same thing. :D Hey Moose when you are using the word "hoe" you actually want to use "who", the word hoe is an insult.

If you've ever wondered how truck drivers got the reputation for being always wrong, guys like this atty are to blame. Reading his descriptions of truck accidents, the misinformation is incredible: from 'no alcohol involved': 'semi trucks are huge. They are very difficult to control....their ability to respond is incredibly limited."
Even in a case where the truck driver was hit by someone who crossed the centerline, the atty has sympathy for everyone BUT the driver: "While it is fairly clear that the driver of the semi is not specifically at fault...his vehicle still shut down traffic for over 5 hours after the accident."

Are we surprised there's no provision to comment on these blatant incitements to sue the monsters who terrorize the innocent little people?
I hope someone sues the author of these provocative pieces of slanderous swill....

The word hoe is used to describe a person that sleeps around. Don't worry about it the English language is confusing and now there are new slang terms.

A hoe is actually a garden tool but the word is used in slang as an insult. English can be a difficult language, even for those who are native speakers.

I'm a little slow today, but it just occurred to me that "a person that sleeps around" describes dam near every one of us....

This lawsuit is going nowhere.

Might be so, but according to our very own TEMA's John Elliot, and his court victory,
the CSA2010 still have a liability flowed build into it, and there for, IF them layers ever read about TEMA's victory, they actually have a valid case, with the court system already backing them up.

i don't know, it MIGHT even be in our own favor to see the FMCSA loose, as it will take ANY future trucking liability court case up the legislative neck.

Y'all just have to learn how to read moose, much like Ice Road Trucker.

You can always tell what he is saying, he is spelling phonetically. I just thought he might want to know that he was using hoe by accident.
