In another thread someone said " If I was younger.....
If you knew years ago what you know now what would you do different ?

I wish I had read a Dave Ramsey style book when I was younger.

I wouldn't have sold my 64 Tempest GT for $400.

I might not have walked away from going to The University Of Hawaii to enter the family trucking business.

I would have kept all the motorcycles I ever owned.

I'm proud of my kids and where they're at in their lives but I would have done things different while raising them. .

Keep that first car. '77 Cutlass, black in black. It was a chick magnet, although I was usually chick repellent. LOL!!

Keep, and buy more, Walmart stock that I bought when I was 19.

Finish college, although I was working 55 hours a week while going.

Actually TRY to have a relationship with my father before he died.

Ok......I could go on for hours but now I'm depressed.

Nothing. I love where I am in life, and wouldnt change it. Everything I did in ny past got me to where I am now. Maybe I would have saved my money better, but it wouldn't have taught me the lessons I have learned, and made me as grateful as I am to have what i do now. I couldnt imagine not being with Nick and experiencing the things together that we have, that in turn have made us better people.

I could sit and say I would change a bunch of things, but it wouldnt make me who I am now.
