If it´s true, it´s an amazing breakthrough. I used to watch the said TV station when on the road, and thought their news was always pretty credible. Comments?

I hope this guy can get things going... or a responsible company will buy his patent and do the same. This reminds me of Stan Meyers. If you don't know of him, he came up with a similar venture based on electrolysis. Apparently, the Saudis tried to buy him off with $1 billion. Here's his story.
