Gentleman, I know most of you personally have either had meals with you, long conversations taken and given advice. I personally think the world of all of you, now with that said some of us do not get along or take the postings with to much salt and vinagar.
I to have learned the hard way, some people are going to make mistakes even with the best hand held guidence thats Life.

We are turning people off or insulting them, please we need to keep the critisizm to a min at best. I would like to see nothing more than no more name calling as it is really begining to hurt the sight. We all know who is who and have our opinions we all have tons to contribute, before some of us get yanked lets re read what we post and decide if we really want to say it for everyone to read.
If I do not like someones comment I have said so in private to you via e-mail or phone or shared it in private with a second party (gossip). As many of you know and have gotten my private e-mail or I have gone right to that person. For those of you I have not gone to direct you will be getting an E-mail, I respect your opinion just might dissagree.
Thank you all and may we have a year better than last. If you know me and want to call me I have an all nighter tonight might keep me a little more alert. After 11:00 THANKS going to Indy do not know If my Legal Status allows me on the other sight yet. Just kidding.
