Where is every one. Where are you today?

I am waiting for a load in Elkton, MD. I think this should be a good spot to get a load. Of course I thought Charlotte was.

I hope to meet some of the people who post on EO out here. Nice to have a face to go with the posts.

I am in a white (how original) 2008 Sprinter with Expressway green signs on the back. DOT number on the van, and nothing else so far.

Have met very few Expediters on the road. If you see me say Hi.

I be in Elvis Land now the off to Atlanta GA getting the TA.
Then off to fly withThe 12 Flying Purple Elvises and land on their Landing pad. What fun who would want to jump outa completely good air craft. HMM LOL
From there chain up and off to the Mile High City? John Denver Country, From there Ill go to Hawk EYE State Iowa.

I checked with TomTom. He said I was HereHere. I checked with dispatch. They said they thought I was on vacation here.

Then I checked with location services on my Sprint service. They too said I was here.

Thinking something must be wrong, as you are here and I don't see you, I checked with Einstein. He said Vell, here is a relative term. He assured me that I am there, and truly you are here Greg.

In the interests of clear thinking and intelligent discussion, can someone share with readers here just where here is? Here is often said to be someplace we are not supposed to be because it hurts ourselves and other drivers if we do. Fair enough, but where EXACTLY is it that we are not supposed to be, here?

My latest address is Walmart in Port Huron, Michigan. I have not been to Port Huron for like ten plus years. I could have sworn there was a truck stop here.

It is exactly 102 miles from where I am to my pickup. Of course I am really about five miles north of Port Huron, and even though it is an Ann Arbor address, it is pretty far south of the downtown area. Actually much closer to Saline (home of Expressway).

I am going to Oxford to visit which is about halfway. Just thought I would wait a bit to see if I could get a load from here to Troy.

Waiting for a load in beautiful Austin, Tx. I think I better get a roof fan put in here. This van is pretty warm, and it is only about 70 out.

I am going to wait til the 1st shift factories are done, and if no load think I will head North East a little. I am never going to sit for days in one spot again.

You're gonna love that fan!! We've had a fantastic fan in our last 2 trucks and we wouldn't be without it. Just be careful where and how you park or you'll pull in your neighbors fumes if he's idling but I'm sure you do that already.

Thanks for the link. I will look it up when I have better internet connection. It is taking forever to load pages in Laredo.

I think I know why no one is saying where they are. This place is full of expediter trucks and vans. I have waved at a few of them, and they look at me like I am some kind of intruder.

I would imagine some are friendly, but the ones I have run into look like they are pixxed at the world. I cannot imagine someone waving at me, and me just staring at them like they are my enemies.

It's ok though, I had friends before I started doing this.

I have managed to keep most of them.
