Hymns, kids and live TV

In days of old there used to be live television shows. Many of those shows would sing religious songs, hymns. It was a time when we could allow children to not only watch TV but participate, without worry about what they may see or hear.

The combination often led to some wonderful TV. The link below is a grand example. You take one hymn, add in a magnificent voice, a kid who KNOWS what music is for and, well, you just have to watch.

I had forgotten those, now I remember..........yes ,those were easier times, just think, aren't we in great shape now......thanks for that view.

I just laughed SO HARD watching that kid and poor Mr. Ford trying SO HARD not to laugh. Great stuff.

I don't know if you are aware that Mr. Ford was a navigator/bombardier in WWII. Check out this "Ghost Squadron" YouTube.
