How to deal with dealership

I have my 2020 sprinter sitting in dealership since April this year. And it is still on warranty but I am told bunch of lies from MB dealership to keep it in there and it seams to me that they do not care much. What I supposed to do in this case. Still making payment and insurance. Anyone had same experience and how you dealt with the problem.
dealership name is Vin Devers Autohaus of Sylvania Mercedes-Benz
Please give me some advice

I would call local TV Station. Here in Virginia , in Hampton Roads, we 10 on your side, Tell them would you like to be on evening news. Call state AGen. DMV for your state they have a code of conduct they have to meet. Do you belong to OOIDA, if you don't join them and ask for help.. they get things done, Also call factory rep, send me a pm for area I may be able to help with a phone number

I would call them and explain your story, they love a good story. Also call dealer and tell them there going to be on evening news. Also give OOIDA , a call and join them
