Hello people. Winter time will be here soon. How are yall newbies feelings. Always remember during winter time only drive the speed you are comfortable driveing. If you dont feel safe pull over. No load is worth looseing your life. We trying to get on with Panther. I know its a good starter company. Well be blessed.

As you probably know the van market will stay pretty saturated, a lot of competition, some brokers keep their van count in line with their expected business demands, and some will just take on vans no matter what. Panther is the latter. While it's good for panther to be able to cover the most loads possible, it's bad for the vans as theres less loads per van.

I never drove a van for them but I did drive a ST for them, I was not very impressed with that either.

I've talked to van drivers for them that have said they are 40 something on a board. Which is fine if that board does close to that per day, but I doubt it with vans.
