honda 2000 generator

i wanted to give everyone a heads up, my honda was not running good it kept shutting off like it was running out of gas, and it is less than a year old, so i took it to camping world and they said the fuel pump was bad but could not work on it for over a week, so i tore it apart and in the 1/4" fuel line just below the gas tank there is a small metal fuel filter the size of a pencil eraser that was plugged up, i cleaned it and now runs great

We used to remove those litle filters and install an larger canister style filter on these, it will save you that worry, and its easier to replace....those little generators will last a long time if you keep the oil changed....
