try a courier service. the one i worked for used autos for documents but they also had boxes to deliver regularly. had a few cargo vans on but owned a few ud/mitsui cab overs for larger cargo.

iy you have authority contact air frt fwdrs and offer your services to thm or ask who they use. town air frt up in mke is selling off their tractors and trucks to get out from under the cost of owning a fleet and looking for o/o's for them.
