Hey, this is for all you flower and tulip "geeks" out there. Don't forget that it is almost time for the tulip Festival in Holland, Michigan. I am not a "flower child" but I understand that it is worth a see. Check out the link below.

Funny, I was born and raised in Michigan and have lived in the state more years than not and I've only been to the tulip festival one time. I went as a child with my parents one year and they bought my brothers and I each a pair of wooden shoes. That's the only thing I remember about the whole trip. lol

It would be nice to go as an adult.

I use to get into Holland area alot,,,Not sure if the festival is worth attending anymore or not,,but what was worth seeing is the farms where tulips are grown..If I rember right ya gotta search out the farms and feilds,,and ya gotta hit it just right as the flowers dont last long..
