I am not paying any penalty and IF the premium for our policy EXCEEDS what we are paying today I am going to DEDUCT the difference from, first, my income tax payments, and if needed, my social security payments. I have already informed both my useless senators, and my congressman, of my intent to do so. THAT is how we have decided to go after this.

I expect that most who are opposed to Obama Care to just cave it. Few people today have the courage of their convictions. Even fewer believe in just how important freedom REALLY is and will not understand just how anti-freedom Obama Care is until it is too late.

The very idea of MANDATORY health care administered and ENFORCED by an ARMED GOVERNMENT AGENCY, SHOULD have every freedom loving person up in arms. Keep in mind, that the very same ARMED GOVERNMENT AGENCY was recently caught abusing their power by trying to stifle FREE POLITICAL SPEECH, the very reason for the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, and part of the BILL OF RIGHTS. Sadly today, this nation is infested with wimps.

As the law is currently written, they can fine/penalize you the 95.00 for not signing up on the first year, but they can't forcefully collect it. Now how long that lasts is anyones guess.

I was saddened, yet not surprised to see that you intend to FORCE health care "reform" on the American People, at whatever cost.


We have already been informed that our current policy WILL be cancelled and the our rate could as much as triple to maintain coverage.


I WON'T pay that, nor will I pay ANY fine, or penalty.


I WILL buy my wife health insurance, but on MY terms, no yours. I will pay ONLY what I am paying now for EQUAL coverage. I will take any difference OUT of my IRS quarterly payments and IF NEED BE, out of my Social Security payments.


The government has NO business in the business of health care and the very IDEA of MANDATORY health care, administered and ENFORCED by an ARMED GOVERNMENT AGENCY, is appalling. To make matters worse this same ARMED AGENCY, the IRS, is known to abuse their power to stifle, FREE POLITICAL SPEECH, the very heart of the First Amendment and the SOUL of the BILL OF RIGHTS!

Do you HONESTLY believe that they are going to IGNORE what I do and let me get away with this? Surely you are not that naive. They will come after me. I will stand.
