Hit and Run and CIS Insurance update

I wanted to update these two threads to let everyone know that with the help of John and Shelly at CIS all of the repairs to our truck have been completed. We were paid $2100 for 12 days of downtime coverage with no waiting period. Randy, our insurance adjuster from Progressive was great to work with and made sure everything was paid quickly.

Great to hear everything worked out. I know you were pretty disappointed with Progressive/CIS after the accident.
I have nothing but good to say about CIS they are a great company to work with

No, the other driver was never found. There was no credible witness and the Flying J did not have security cameras.
The only one who saw it said the guy pulled forward after realizing that he had hit us, looked in his mirrors and hauled a** out of the parking lot. We had a vehicle description but no tag number or company name.
