Hey guys

So the truck is not building air fast , and doesn’t go over 60 psi , the compressor is new , discharge line is bypassed , dryer is bypassed , new governor ,used a separate air tank from shop still the same issue , if we put shop air to tank straight everything is good , I am running out of ideas

Maybe the governor? Could try to clean it, or replace it.
