If you could take one of the Presidential Candidates along for a ride-a-long on a load.

Which one would you take and why?
McCain?

Clinton?

That other guy?

I'd take Hillary. I'd take her for a run on Rt 86 from Horseheads, NY all the way to Erie, PA and drive in the right lane about 65MPH. That stretch of road is so horrible and bumpy that it'll knock you right out of the seat. She really stunk as our senator and didn't do a thing for NY so I thought it would be good ride for her.......sort of "shake her up" a bit. Get it...shake her up? OK, I know it was a lame joke but hey...I never claimed to be a comic.....just a lowly truck driver!

I'm curious... what do you mean by she hasn't done anything for NY? What is it you think she should've done?

I'd take McCain with me. Drive down Jellicho and Fancy Gap going 90, and hopefully he'll have a coronary. Then drop him off in Arkansas, while parking the truck on top of Huckabee.

Excuse me. Are there any REAL Republicans in the house???

Hey Wingnut: as long as you're not doing it while driving, what's wrong with multitasking? :D
PS I'd take Hillary through Detroit, myself.:p

All 4 of them. Nader included. On a one-way trip to Saskatoon, in the winter. Did I mention I have an insulated bulkhead in my van. I can close off access and heat to the cargo area. I have E-track on the floor and walls so nobody would get hurt. And if there was an injury, Canada has a mighty fine health care plan.

I have room for one more. Hey Al, need a lift. Van pools are mean and green. I even have a door mat you can wipe your carbon foot prints on. Its made of eco- friendly renewable hemp fibers. You can even smoke it if the trip gets too long and boring. Does Hillary inhale?

The question, Tennesseahawk, should be: what HAS Hillary done for NY? The answer: NOTHING! She had one agenda from the get go and that was to get elected senator so that she could run for president. I've met her in person several times and I definately wasn't impressed whatsoever.

Well... she did what any Senator would hope to do... brought the MOST pork home. It's true! Out of 100 Senators, she was the porkiest. She brought home the bacon, the hamhocks, the pork steaks, the chitlins, hog jowls, pigs feet, even pig ears for DOW (doggies on welfare). Heck... she even brought home pigs blood for the welfare artists to dip a crucifix or two in.

Maybe I should rephrase my question... What do you EXPECT she do for NY?

Well take all of them plus as many more as you can fit in (politicans that is) and find a boat ramp in calif. some where and just before you get out, set the cruise and auto pilot for hawaii.

then call all your trucking friends and set up trips for all the rest of the politicans. Party doesn't matter we'll just make it one big party. The take America back party!!!

Lawrence that really is a hard question when you think about it.

Well let me tell you who it would not be and why;

Hillary - she would not hear a thing I would say to her, she would just think about ways to tax me more inside the cab, like a radio tax.

Obama - well he would be the only one I would consider, mainly I would have an easy time running over his minions......:p .. No really to be serious he would be the only one that I could consider. He seems to be the only one that can handle the ride and may have something to come out of it.

McCain - well that is also a hard choice because I really can't stand him for his insulting $50 an hour comment. I would end up locking him in the box and driving it to Mexico. He would discount the fact that this is a truck and my job can be done cheaper and may even say that Americans can't do it.

Those are the big three but here are the rest.

Ron Paul - I would consider him for a ride along as long as he remains calm about my comments.

Don J. Grundmann of the Constitution Party - maybe but I am trying to figure out what constitution party this is.

Cynthia McKinney Of the Green Party - no way, I would have to ask to see her ID before I would let her into the truck.

Kat Swift also of the Green Party - I would also tell her she is to young to run, so too young to ride.

Daniel Imperato of the Libertarian Party - maybe but every interview I heard him in, he was too distracted with other things and I was not impressed at all.

Steve Kubby of the Libertarian Party - no way, I might end up being searched by the DEA after.

Wayne Root of the Libertarian Party - I am trying to figure out if I heard him at all, I thought he was running on the local ticket in Vegas.

Gene Amondson of the Prohibition Party - pass the beer.

Brian Moore if the Socialist Party USA - another one I would consider becuase the Socialist Party and the democrat party is so close together.

Róger Calero of the Socialist Workers Party - I don't know about this guy, he may insist I have a union card before I can drive.

AND Cheri I wouldn't just take them to Detroit, I would take them on a tour starting at 8 Mile and ending up in the Dexter Davidson area. There are places in between that I can leave them and no one would ever hear from them again.

Yes that may very well be but I wouldn't think you would pass up giving Jennifer a ride even if it was just to be a hospitality hostess on your 8 mile tour.
