EO friends, are you overweight or obese? Do you know your BMI score? Nothing, absolutely nothing, will add more years to your life than losing weight. Except, perhaps, quit smoking. Finding your Body Mass Index is easy to do: type "BMI" into your search engine and it's all there at your fingertips. Then, enter your height and weight and your BMI is calculated.
By keeping your weight within a normal range, you will avoid a host af dreaded diseases later in life. You will feel better, look better and be around to enjoy the beautiful things life has to offer. Make a pledge to take good care of yourself. Start today if you aren't already doing so. Simlple things, like choosing a banana over a candy bar or water instead of soda, makes all the difference. As I come into middle-age, I have cut back on the unhealthy choices I used to make. My BMI today is 25. I need to lose six pounds.
The trucker's lifestyle is not conducive to easy weight loss. But it can be done. Toss the high calorie foods out of your truck and into the waste receptacle where it belongs. Drink lots of water. Walk, walk, walk some more. Find the motivation and stick with it.

Thanks for explaining BMI. Until I read further in, I had thought it to be something else.

BMI , is height/weight index to a point ,
once you add exercise to your diet , loosing weight , is not everything , as your buddy will trade muscles for fat .

and get your self a truck with a shower so you can exercise 3 times a week...
one thing nice about Expedite , i always have time for sweat...
