Hi fellow truckers.Im Dave and new to expiditing although ive been driving commercially for a long time.I have a great 33000 lb gvw truck but theres no sleeper.Can anyone recommend a company for me to run with without the sleeper?Ive got my own interstate authority

Well where do you live at?what kind of truck is it flat bed or box truck and if a box truck how long is the box?

Hi Dan thx for replying.Its a box truck 26'L,13.5H.The truck is 33,000 lb gvw and I carry up to 13,000lbs.I originate out of Northern California but can travel anywhere. See

Oh California......west coast freight is hard to get most of the time because of company's under cutting the price in order to get the load...your best bet is to find a local freight company and run just in California.

I'm confused....... Why run with a company when you have your own authority.

One he's got a day cab box truck so over the road is not going to be fun and a local freight service might keep him moving.

It's done, but I'm pretty sure it's not legal? But I'm not an expert.

That would be whats called a texas sleeper, which when build correctly, is a legal sleeper.
