I just got a new machine with 7 and I can't figure out how to scan into an e-mail. With XP, when I hit attach and browse I could get to "my scans" and it was no problem. I can't now. Little help?
Sorry Star, I got nothin. Hope someone does, tho, as I'm lookin at replacing my laptop soon, & it looks like I'll have to learn to work 7 also - no way to Vista!
Chances are you have to scan the docs as a pdf file, they will go to your "documents" that you can "attach" them to e-mails and send them that way as a pdf file
Thanks for the replies. My son came over and helped out. The procedure is a bit different than before, but no big deal. I'm saving into pictures, couldn't find my scans. It's sure nice to have a machine with a little bit of speed.
