Seasoned Expediter
Well I am quite relaxed this afternoon, having spent three hours on Cocoa Beach today! I love this job! Well, here is the update on Zak and me:
I now have my license (yay!), we ended up being home for 3 weeks due to that process and the air conditioning on the truck not working. We left again last Tuesday and went from San Antonio to Indiana then a couple smaller runs and from Chicago to Melbourne Florida. Just in time to help the Rice's move tomorow so that worked out well. While we were in Ft. Wayne In on Monday we were on our way to eat and saw a familiar truck pull into the Steak and Shake. It was the Madsens! So we got to eat with them and talk for a while which was great!
We are both having a great time and enjoying the job so far! On a more personal note, my sister got married on March 25th and is also pregnant so I am going to be an aunt in November! They were planning the wedding to be later in the spring but spur of the moment decided to just do it, I found out the day before and flew up to Ohio that day for it. So it has been a hectic month but loving every minute of it...
