Anyone out there that has removed an under the counter refrigerator from a Bentz sleeper?? Can you tell me how it's secured? And how to get to the secure points.
Heck, after the day I've had maybe someone to hold my hand and say, "that's ok, get the new one in, you get ice cream". :p
But Wait! If there's someone currently in Laredo that wants a FREE, 12 volt refrigerator, it's yours for the removal. :D

It may be installed like a dishwasher. Open the door and look under the top of the door for a few screws.

Depends, there are little brackets that were installed behind the trim on a couple I removed, while one of them was bolted to the cabinet in the back.

I was only able to remove the bottom strip of trim. The top one is over the ends of both side pieces. When reaching through from the cabinet next to it, I am still unable to push the top trim out.
Before you read this next part please swallow completely. That "through the nostril" stuff gets old. :)
Since I'm replacing it with a taller refrigerator, I need to cut out part of my countertop. Brilliant as I am, I cut the counter. It seems to be attached to the refrigerator.
The EO Braintrust was my first helpline. If I'm still stumped by morning, I'll be calling Don Bentz at Bolt Custom.
Oh, and did I mention that I already got the new refer, and since the guys at Lowes were helpful enough to put it in my truck, I'm working around it?

If you continue to have a problem with it, why not call Don Bentz during the week?

That's most definitely my plan. Last Sunday, I sent him an email to schedule the replacement of my boot, and got an answer back, on Sunday! Very impressive, but I didn't want to bother him today. ;)
