I was seated in the same section above them. It was one of the funniest, saddest things i've ever seen at a Ranger game.
Andrew Gross a beat writer for the NYR's said it was staged & MSG was in on it, so who knows. If it was staged it's a shame that The Garden feels it needs to employ silly stunts instread of putting a qulaity product on the ice/court.
