There are two great days, maybe three in truck ownership. The day you buy it , the day you pay it off, and the day you sell it. I skipped the middle step.

Thanks Col. there was/is some logic behind my madness.

The theory was to sell the truck while there was plenty of equity left in the asset. And then apply that towards my largest asset, my house.

Grace and I really appreciate the kind comments. We have been so fortunate to find good teams. (Must be my dynamic personality):7
Seriously though, we have had some great folks working with us over the years that really make expediting a pleasure.
What does make my life so much easier is having folks that are experienced operators and already understand the business.

On a side note, as Chetjester mentioned, Tom & Steve are some great folks that I have known for some time. Can't say enough good things about them.

Dang it and now we sold our 2003 chevy 3500 expess van with 61,000 miles on it. Karin is sad because that is the first vehicle that she ever bought completely on her own. Oh and by the way we will now get to borrow our kids cars because we have sold our only transportation.
